Neighbors mail left in my mailbox for days, packages left at the bottom of driveway because they're lazy (I have it specified to leave at mailbox). They can't even consistently drop off mail daily, so I had to sign up for their informed delivery service just to know when my mails late! Like most government run institutions, frustratingly bad efficiency. Do your job better!
