He went ahead and used Priority Mail International without consulting me. When I asked if I could use First-Class Package International Service instead, he told me it wasn’t allowed — that First-Class Package International Service could only be used with envelopes. The next day, I went to a different post office to send another international package and found out that there is no such rule! Because of their misinformation, I ended up paying almost twice as much for the shipment.
