He doesn't bother bringing it to our door. Our one package were top quality shoes in a box. He just put it on the ground, under our mailbox. We ate livid! Does he not consider someone can ride past, and take it! Please rectify this issue! Please! The older Mailman was not lazy like this. Thank you.

And it would only have took her a couple more seconds, but she was just so rude.

I sell on eBay and I put a scheduled request to have them pick up my packages and they do not pick it up. I have called the post office several times and they are no help. I don’t have a way to the post office and it is inconvenient for me and also my customers who are expecting their package.

Had I not called, I would have not been able to pick up a package that would have been returned. costing me more time and money. They are open until 4 pm Saturday; at least for now. Always CALL to make certain of hours. USPS should update their info more often. Not sure whose fault that is. :-)
