For that you should be embarrassed calling yourselves USPS. Oh, love this too, no agents to speak with about the issue. You're in shambles, totally disgraceful, and quite frankly if you're going to lie, try to do it better next time. I'll be putting in my service request tomorrow. 0 stars actually.
