Didn't knock on our door for a signature delivery - Didn't redeliver on the scheduled date - deactivated redelivery - the redelivery notice pointed to the south park office but it didn't make sense so when I finally got a hold of customer service they tracked it to this one - tried calling 100 times and nobody answered. How are they so bad?

Has the Post Master even bothered to read these comments and try to fix this branch??? Wow. The employees at the front counter are rude, slow, and lazy. EVERY single time I visit this place, there is an issue. The passport employee is demeaning a customer. The other clerk approaches her job like it's an inconvenience. It's a crap show omg.

I had the most unreal experience at this place. I had taken my family member for her passport appointment with her daughter, and honestly, the semi-tall, long-haired (with some gray) white lady with glasses who handles passports there was the most rude woman I’ve ever encountered in my life. I mean, how miserable can one be to act like that? I refuse to believe it. Unless there’s some ongoing mental struggle, one simply can’t act that uncivil. lol We arrived about 7–8 minutes late due to traffic. The appointment was from 3:45–4:15 PM, and we got there by 3:55, but had to wait in line for a few minutes too. She helped another person first, and when it was finally our turn, she shouted across the room, “You are 15 minutes late for your appointment!” so loudly. We had people staring at us and everything lol. I reminded her that it was a 3:45–4:15 appointment, and that we had already filled out all the forms and taken the passport photos ahead of time to save everyone’s time. After I said that, she just snapped, “Whip out your forms.” Then there was a man standing nearby waiting for his turn, and she suddenly yelled at him, “Go over there. I don’t want you peeking at someone’s personal information!” Her tone was unnecessarily harsh and loud and the poor guy just moved away looking uncomfortable. I honestly felt bad for him. I’m a soft and kind person, maybe that’s why she was a little nicer to me. Her version of “nice” was basically just not being loud or mean in tone LMAO. My dad told me she had been rude to him before too, just for being two minutes late. Anyway, in the end, we were only able to get one passport done; the child’s couldn’t be processed. We’ll be going to a different location for that because, truly, this woman seems deeply unhappy and could really use some loving-kindness and compassion training. It costs nothing to be a kind human. Disappointing!
