She was untruthful, ignorant, and just a very unpleasant lady. She was very unprofessional and acted like a spoiled child. This woman is a poor excuse for a human and should be fired.

I will just say that the employee ( an older woman)was totally unprofessional, rude, condescending and should be in a cubicle working alone. she was snide, snarkey and should not be dealing with the public.

The lady that works in the back is the nastiest and rudest person ever. I have a business and dropped off packages. They get annoyed because they don’t wanna deal with me. They told me to take my packages somewhere else. I spend a lot of money on shipping through usps, thousands each week. I asked for a cart, and the lady brought a little cart out instead of a bigger cart today on purpose to be rude. I said I can’t fit them in this cart. The lady started ripping the cart out of my hands and said o well we aren’t taking your stuff. I put the 20 packages back in my car cause I didn’t trust them with my stuff. Now my packages are going to be late. This lady needs to be fired. I can’t believe someone would treat someone this way at a post office. Especially that’s right down the street from where I live. I’m hoping usps contacts me back soon about this. It’s unacceptable.
