She was untruthful, ignorant, and just a very unpleasant lady. She was very unprofessional and acted like a spoiled child. This woman is a poor excuse for a human and should be fired.

I will just say that the employee ( an older woman)was totally unprofessional, rude, condescending and should be in a cubicle working alone. she was snide, snarkey and should not be dealing with the public.

The clerk that answered was extremely helpful, as always at Plum's office. I appreciated her help and hopefully will hear from Monroeville to have our issue resolved. Great job at Plum, always pleasant and helpful!

She knows all her customers and everyone I see there loves her. The people who are complaining all seem upset because of expectations that are beyond her control. She runs the whole place by herself and does a great job at it. I'd hate to deal with the people whining on here knowing how nice of a person Marcie is. She must deal with some sour entitled miserable people from Plum sometimes...I wouldn't wait for you while it's my lunch break or tape your packages either!!!
