Kim at this location is very helpful and just great all around with customer service. She helped me when I lost my keys to my mailbox and had to get the lock and keys replaced. They held my mail for me while the work order was processing.

We went to this Castle Shannon location today to get passport photos for our 16 month old during walk in hours which are listed as 9-10 AM. We arrived at 9:40 AM and the person working this area (Dennis) was extremely rude and unhelpful. On top of having an incredibly rude and unfriendly attitude, he kept telling us that if anyone else came in early for their appointment he would help them first instead, even though no one else was even at the post office at this time. He also said he didn't know if he could help us at all when we first arrived. His attitude also made our daughter very upset and he would not answer any of our questions. Dennis is an extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful employee.
