We arrived at 9:40 AM and the person working this area (Dennis) was extremely rude and unhelpful. On top of having an incredibly rude and unfriendly attitude, he kept telling us that if anyone else came in early for their appointment he would help them first instead, even though no one else was even at the post office at this time. He also said he didn't know if he could help us at all when we first arrived. His attitude also made our daughter very upset and he would not answer any of our questions. Dennis is an extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful employee.
