The person working the desk didn't know how to properly ship an APO item, and then ended a 30 minute transaction by berating me and telling me I should've filled out the customs form properly. Which I did; sorry your system didn't like you typing in whatever numbers you were typing? "You should be saying thank you, this was so difficult to put in" ?? I've sent out so many packages to deployed friends, and this was the first with any issue. Perhaps learn to do your job. Thanks!
