I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location today. I came in needing help with certified mail and had no idea they were even close to closing. The attendant (I believe his name was Dennis) immediately spoke to me in a rude, condescending tone instead of offering simple guidance.
When I got back in line to finish my business, he immediately said, “We’re closed.” I told him I understood and that I only needed to buy the envelope I had already filled out. Even then, his attitude continued. At that point, I didn’t even want to speak to him anymore — the behavior was totally uncalled for.
As someone with over 10 years of customer service experience, I know what basic respect looks like, and this was far from it. After reading other reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated issue. This location really needs to address this level of unprofessionalism.

Dennis was extremely rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone, like I was a child who should already know everything about mailing. I came in with a simple question and was met with impatience and attitude instead of help. Everyone deserves basic respect, and that definitely wasn’t the case. I hope whatever is bothering Dennis is quickly resolved, because he somehow managed to make a two-minute interaction a miserable one.

Um...it's supposed to be a post office, i.e. mailing stuff, buying stamps. This place is ALWAYS full of people getting passports. It backs up the line unnecessarily and the staff looks like they're just slogging through their day.

I love this place. Friendly staff and great service.
To those of you complaining about wait times, it isn't their fault you come in with an item and no box, no address, and expect the workers to do all of the work for you? Not how it works. Get a life and stop whining.

The post office worker was SO RUDE and for what reason?? I have no idea. He acted like I was inconveniencing him when I wanted to mail my package and proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid throughout the entire conversation. It was genuinely making me ashamed for trying to send mail LIKE WHATTT.. I was just trying to execute the most basic post office task and by the way he was reacting you’d think I was asking him to get on a rocket ship and fly to Mars. This man was behaving like a mean girl from high school when asked to send a package, which I thought was his job. Is their job not to send packages?? Have I been misinformed? Because what other explanation is there to be so unkind in such a simple interaction? It started my day off on such an awful note. And for the record I am a very friendly person and retail worker myself, I wasn’t doing anything to deserve that treatment, what a way to make someone feel bad for no reason🫠
