They marked my package as delivered but it wasn't there. I submitted a request and they fixed it the same day, so nice service. Every time I've been to the office it's been fine as well.

Excellent service every time I visit! The staff here are consistently courteous, efficient, and helpful—even during busy hours. I appreciate how patient they are with questions and how smoothly the lines move. Convenient location right by campus and always a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

This Post Office, in Oakland section of Pitts, 347 S. Bouquet St, doesn't answer tel. I have tried calling several times w/a complaint about a Mon Apr 28 delivery just after 9a to a 2 family home on Parkview Ave. I eventually decided to post a message to this website. Tracking # was on package. I paid for "Certified Mail Restricted Delivery" so that package could be left ONLY if recipient signed + received. Mail carrier left package w/person in other half of 2 family home who signed for it, but that person left it on porch. I received an online tracking # notification that a signature (just an illegible scribble, maybe you could also print name, address also illegible) + thought recipient, my nephew, received it. Package, marked "Perishable", contained food + an expensive college grad gift worth much more than the $100 delivery insurance. I didn't speak to my nephew for about 24 hours, on Tue/29 morn, + he said he never received it. He went outside + said package was on porch. It was out ALL NIGHT! My nephew recently complained to PO about mail theft so mail carrier should have been more aware. Thankfully package was not stolen or damaged by animals/weather. My nephew uses different entrance to home + didn't see package. He may not have left home all day Monday. My local PO reimbursed me $12.75 for "Cert Mail Restricted Delivery" service even though it wasn't their fault. They gave me tel # of your office. Again, that service meant that only recipient was supposed to sign + receive. I'm glad package was signed for + left w/a person. But, don't assume the neighbor will keep in a safe place or give to correct person. I know there is a worker shortage, but please answer tel. There was no way to leave a message. Thank you. # 9589 0710 5270 2396 3218 96 Certified Mail Receipt

You can't access your PO Box at all times like most other post offices.
