- ACalayna crowleyDec 6, 20251.0When I went to ship out a package, the worker was very rude. She was yelling at another customer about not speaking English and getting very aggressive with her. Then with me she was upset about what items I had in my package because it changed the type of delivery. While she could have been having a bad day, she was being very rude and disrespectful to everyone who came in.
- ATalexis TDec 31, 20181.0The lines are unnecessarily long and often the clerks are rude. I had a male clerk who was flat out mean to me several months ago. It’s sad because I always had a good rapport with the post offices I used,since I mail a lot, but the Brentwood office is disappointing. I will say I do like that they have a kiosk to use so that is a plus.
