Dennis took a minute to ask me if it was a book, and saved me $2 on the postage as a result because he could call it "media mail" or something. Nice that he took a second to get me the best deal.

I’m shocked she has been employed this long! She is in the wrong line of work! Majority of your day is dealing with the public!
