Woman who is ALWAYS there has no business working there. Extremely rude and unfair, talks down to you like some kind of child. Refuses to take responsibility for anything

Great experience. No line, clean and organized. Had to send a book across the country, and I came in with it already wrapped and addressed. Dennis took a minute to ask me if it was a book, and saved me $2 on the postage as a result because he could call it "media mail" or something. Nice that he took a second to get me the best deal.

Worst clerk in Pittsburgh. She was so awful. After finally reopening after lunch break I had to wait behind two women just killing time with worthless conversation and they were blocking the counter. I needed to only drop off a ready to go package. When I finally broke into the conversation to ask if I could just drop it off they all turned around to me like I disturbed their girl time! Then I had to say excuse me to get to the counter. As I was leaving I overheard the obnoxious clerk say into her friends that I was in a big hurry! This po used to be great with a wonderful group of employees in the eighties and nineties before they turned it into a one clerk circus.

Weird hours and surly staff. Don't try and mail that package during your lunch break. They close for lunch.
