Dennis took a minute to ask me if it was a book, and saved me $2 on the postage as a result because he could call it "media mail" or something. Nice that he took a second to get me the best deal.

After finally reopening after lunch break I had to wait behind two women just killing time with worthless conversation and they were blocking the counter. I needed to only drop off a ready to go package. When I finally broke into the conversation to ask if I could just drop it off they all turned around to me like I disturbed their girl time! Then I had to say excuse me to get to the counter. As I was leaving I overheard the obnoxious clerk say into her friends that I was in a big hurry! This po used to be great with a wonderful group of employees in the eighties and nineties before they turned it into a one clerk circus.
