Yes the line can be long with often only one person, but even quite a long line was over in under 20 minutes and is well handled. My go to usps in the city.

She was helping one person making a large number of money orders paying in cash, counting cents and dimes while twenty people waited! One attendant. And of course, it became my fault when I spoke up. Unprofessional. Horrible service. No other place not a bank, not a grocery store, not even the DMV abuses the customers' time worse than USPS. Time for this whole service to fold. Enough is enough!
