She denied helping find and print a label when it has been confirmed through USPS customer service, and other local USPS that they can in fact print out a label on site. I have witnessed her dealing with other customers in a non resolution manner and tells them to basically figure it out on their own. There is absolutely no place for this person in a role where they are customer facing. I will be escalating this further but wanted to confirm on their already horrible reviews of this postal office. Do better or hang it up.

He’s too lazy to get out of his truck and walk 2 ft to put our mail in. I believe he holds our mail to punish us. He writes on our mail telling us not to park near the mailbox. So our customers are not allowed to park in front of our business because the mailman is too lazy. Went to the post office and we were rudely told we were residential and he’s not to get out of his truck. We are NOT residential. We are a business. Very rudley told us he was just doing his job. So your mailman can write on your mail if they’re not happy where you’re parking. We are a business and our customers should be allowed to park in front of it. Terrible terrible service
