Despite arriving on time and having a scheduled appointment, we were told after waiting that no passport agent was available, and we were turned away with no prior notice. This experience was especially difficult as we were traveling with an infant and a three-year-old in the rain. The failure to honor appointments and the inaccurate website information caused significant inconvenience. USPS should ensure appointments are honored and that online information accurately reflects actual walk-in policies.

She denied helping find and print a label when it has been confirmed through USPS customer service, and other local USPS that they can in fact print out a label on site. I have witnessed her dealing with other customers in a non resolution manner and tells them to basically figure it out on their own. There is absolutely no place for this person in a role where they are customer facing. I will be escalating this further but wanted to confirm on their already horrible reviews of this postal office. Do better or hang it up.
