  DIANE (I think she may be the Manager), is amazing!!! It’s Christmas time, and the line is out the door, but Diane is the one who keeps it moving super fast. We even had the nerve to ask if she could notarize something today, and instead of responding with irritation, she acted like she was delighted to help, and had it notarized and recorded in just minutes as well as taking care of our packages. My husband ships plastics samples almost daily for his business. He used to use FedEx, but they never get them there on time any more. He has switched ALL his shipping business to the Fox Chapel PA UPS store because Diane & team are outstanding!! Give that girl a raise! (Looks like her name is Diane Park? From the notarized document.)

  I took a larger package here that and asked confirmation that the package matches the postage paid and would not result in an over charge. The clerk was very nice and explained that it falls within the correct dimensional band and verified with me. I would have not shipped through UPS otherwise. 2 weeks later I get a $200 charge from UPS on top of my initial $50 shipping fee due to postage being incorrect, I sold the item for less than I paid shipping and got burnt. I will never again trust a clerk at these stores, you are better off forcing the drivers to come to your door for returns because the store does nothing but sell you overpriced shipping junk.

  The employees were all very helpful, the quality of the printing was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.

  This was the easiest experience I think I ever had at a drop off postal spot. 2 guys were working and I walked in with my two kids expecting it to be a process since I didnt have packaging ready or the label attached or anything. They literally took care of everything and I was out in 2 minutes. I simply paid and they packed up the item and labeled it and within an hour maybe less i received an email about my return being completed. The man at the register was kind and approachable as well. Honestly was such a relief they were so great and helpful. I was expecting to have to do everything while trying to keep my kids occupied.
