TJ was so helpful in helping me figure out which items belonged with which return barcode to make sure I shipped the correct items back together. It took some time but he was happy to do it. I usually just go in and do Amazon returns on my own, but I’m happy to know they are willing and knowledgeable enough to help me if this would happen again.

Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the woman I initially spoke to but she was very pleasant and when I described what I needed (a bulletin printed in a smaller size, about four to a sheet) she suggested I email the store manager Teg. I emailed him and described what I needed and he called me back shortly after with suggestions (card stock instead of printer paper, to ensure the quality of the printing held up) and pricing for a same day job. I initially called them about an hour and a half before they closed… I was amazed at how kind and helpful they were. I was worried about the final product just because I wasn’t sure I had explained what I wanted very well, but the final product was beautiful and the manager’s suggestions and formatting help was spot-on. I was able to get what I needed before they closed for the evening and their help made a stressful situation turn out perfectly.
