I also noticed that the store was very busy and the men that was running the counters/registers were efficient and moved the lines VERY quickly. Kudos to this store!
- BSB SmootSep 12, 20251.0I paid $100 for a UPS Next Day Air shipment that was not delivered on time. When I requested a refund, UPS denied it, citing weather conditions. While I understand no one controls the weather, it’s unacceptable that UPS can advertise a “guaranteed” service, fail to meet it, and then hide behind fine print that leaves the customer with no recourse. A guarantee that disappears whenever weather is involved—something that happens often—is not a true guarantee. Customers end up paying extra for premium service that UPS doesn’t actually stand behind. To make matters worse, no goodwill gesture or partial credit was offered. The entire burden was shifted to me, the customer, despite UPS failing to fulfill the service I paid for. This experience has destroyed my trust in UPS. I will be filing a formal complaint and will no longer use UPS for my shipments. If you are considering paying extra for “guaranteed” delivery, know that the guarantee means little when UPS decides not to honor it.

Talked with a store associate who gave a quote, and told me to just come in and get my stuff printed. Well guess what, i come in to get things printed, they cant give me a price, because they dont know it, and i need to talk to a print expert (who never called back). Then they tell me it takes a few days to print things out. And they tell me i should go to a different store even further away from where i originally came from in the first place. Incompetent, and not trained staff. Such a shame. Wasting peoples time
