- ACAlley Clark5 days ago1.0Just dealt with the blonde haired kid and he was absolutely so rude and unprofessional! Arrived at 6:05pm to the gate halfway closed and no one working the desk. Waited 4 minutes with 4 customers and still no worker in sight. After the 3rd time calling out, he responded “on my way”. No idea where he was. Did Amazon returns and he informed me “I was lucky to be taken first as I did not pay his salary and the gentleman behind me paid his salary.” Hmm seems to me returns fall into the category of a UPS job! Not sure what his problem was but super rude, unprofessional, unfriendly. He should not be working at the front desk and/or needs to work on professionalism! Worst UPS store I’ve been to!

I didn’t know you couldn’t ask questions!….when I walked in I said hello….he barely said anything….after I said I will just go to the post office…he said “”see ya”…in a most rude nasty way!…I have never had such rude service there ever!…Will not be back!!
