- GTGrace Truth1 day ago1.0I rarely take the time to write a review. But my visit today warranted one. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. I saw the negative reviews and thought...maybe it won't be that bad. I was wrong. There is an older woman (50s-60s maybe) who has the worst attitude and Customer Service. Truly, I was enraged by her "know it all attitude", rudeness, inability to listen, and completely confusing a situation that didn't need to be that complicated. I ended up asking for my items back and leaving, shaking in anger, with a headache and still needing to go to another location. Save yourself a headache and go to Robinson. Even if it's out of the way, it's better than what I went through today. You've been warned.

I give her a second chance to use her customer service skills and I say, "Hello". She responds with, "What do you need!?" again. My response, "I need you to ship this box". She charged me for putting a sticker on the box, which has never happened before, either. EVERYTHING ISN'T QUANTITY BASED, QUALITY SHOULD ALWAYS BE FIRST PRIORITY.

Staff is really nice I just wish they knew how to get the wait time down when there more then 2 customers in the store. I went being the 3rd customers and then 6 more walked in behind me. Seems busy.
