  I want to thank the UPS Store and recognize four amazing individuals who consistently go above and beyond—Ashley, Maria, Tommy, and Tom. I’m in the store almost every other day with anywhere from three to fifteen packages, constantly mailing and returning items, and they always greet me with patience, professionalism, and kindness. I truly appreciate all of your help throughout the year. Please recognize these four hard-working team members. Thank you again, Jeanne Kennedy

  I put in a print request on a Friday and the associate said that a sample would be generated and sent for my review and that the order should be ready by Tuesday. Monday morning and nothing from them. I called early and the associate did not have any information on my order. Said someone would contact me once the print manager arrived at work. Called again at 1400 and was basically told that I needed to wait until someone called me (but they never took any of my information to call me). I asked if the order would be ready by Tuesday as promised and the associate could not tell me anything other than they were very busy. Did receive a call finally on Tuesday and the email for the proofs. Order ended up being ready on time. Little better communication with customer would have made this a great experience.

  Just got charged TWICE for my package. The machine beeped and said"remove card". Representative made me Swipe it again.
