- LDL D3 days ago1.0I have been coming to this UPS store for 10 years. I actually go out of my way to come to this UPS store because of their prompt service, professionalism, and they never lose my Amazon return packages. However, today I had the misfortune of meeting a woman behind the counter (wearing a Penguins hat), who was so visibly miserable and disgusted with every customer in line. She had commentary to say to everybody by the time they walked up to the counter. When I walked up and was doing four Amazon returns after waiting 20 minutes for them to process 3 customers, she was rolling her eyes, talking agitatedly to me, shaking her head, mumbling under her breath "some people," and slamming the scanner on the counter. I asked why she was slamming the counter with her scanner, and said she should be patient with us as we've been patient with them. This is a miserable woman who clearly does not like to be challenged on her disgusting behavior towards customers. She proceeded to go on a tirade about doing the best she can and how busy they are. When I asked her for her name, she said "I don't have one." So I at least got a picture of her. I'm not used to seeing this woman at this store, but she is a horrible representation of a normally amazing store. She does not need to be in customer service.

I’m in the store almost every other day with anywhere from three to fifteen packages, constantly mailing and returning items, and they always greet me with patience, professionalism, and kindness.
