  Everyone there has always been kind even if they are busy. And lord are they busy. Gosh the traffic and the fingerprinting are a lot. They're great people. I forget the tall guys name with long dyed blonde hair, but he's very helpful and nice. Last time Jazmín helped me send two packages (none of which is had fully ready or addressee right) and she was patient and helpful. I had to send 2 sets of many small pieces of paper in an envelope for a gift for my wife and out of nowhere Jazmín pulled out these awesome little bags perfect for keeping the little papers together and anyway I wouldnt have sent an organized package without that help so thank you Jazmín. Great place. Big fan. I use it regularly.

  Funny, I came here to leave a review of the HORRIBLE customer service- including the staff talking crap (pretty rude mannered) about customers showing up early for fingerprinting, AS THE CUSTOMERS COULD HEAR THEM. Seems this is a consistent problem. Should probably handle your staffing a bit better.

  I was mailing out a piece of glass work for my friend here. After I told the staff it is fragile glass work, they immediately told me they can help package the box. Firstly they did not tell me the extra crazy charge for them helping me packaging, which in the end cost 50+ bucks for a hand sized thing. Second, they extremely poorly packed inside the box (I already wrapped the glass with a lot of bubble wrap) and eventually lead to a fracture of the glass work!! They only put very little material inside the box! Don’t come here, they are just money robbing and not doing their duties!!!

  Horrible service! The representative had an attitude as soon as I made her correct my shipping address! Did not even take the time too properly package my items being shipped correctly! I had to come back to the location because my items being shipped were left open and then the next representative young white girl had the same attitude when I made her tape my box that I purchased from the same location to properly make sure my items were secured for shipping asked for a manager and was told the manager clocked out for the day when the location was 15 minutes from actually being closed! This is the worst experience I've had dealing with shipping items from UPS! If my items do not arrive at the proper location being shipped too with the slightest sign of damage there is going too be a big issue! Do not ship items from this place I highly recommend just another UPS Store where the representatives most likely will treat their customers and items being shipped in a more secure and professional manner! Wow my first time in Pittsburgh and this is what I have to deal with this is crazy!
