  I would give this business a zero if I could On Friday morning October 10 at approximately 10:30 PM I called this store My reason for calling was to get an extremely important legal document notarized The store employee I spoke with told me a notary would be available until 2:30 PM to perform this task. However, he advised me to come in at 1:30 PM to allow adequate time to get this done I am a disabled senior, so it was necessary for my son, who was off from work, to drive me to the store When I subsequently arrived at the store, I asked the employee at the desk to summon the notary. This employee at the desk, said to me with that he has nothing to do with this, and was no big deal, and he would do nothing about it His attitude could best be characterized as one of total apathy, laziness,and indifference Based on my own managerial experience, prior to retirement, I would have recommended that he be fired yesterday

  Shipped a package two days ago, October 8 and wanted it to go to California the slowest way. It was a fairly heavy and large and the price around $90 which was fine. Went there today to ship another package to California and I asked them for the slowest way. They said it would reach there by October 17 seven days later for $160. This package was half the size and about 8lbs. I said there must be some mistake because this is how much smaller and lighter package and he reassured me that that was the cheapest amount. So I didn’t ship it. I went to FedEx and it was $71. And would arrived the same day as ups would. I checked the website after FedEx at UPS and it should’ve been $61 So I’m not sure where the employee was getting the information from. it just didn’t feel right to me. I would love an explanation.

  Emmonee and Brennon at the South Hills. I’ll age go above and beyond which makes me only want to ship from UPS. I cannot say enough about the joy they bring to every experience. Thank you for the love you show to your neighbors! Maria Lamb

  Watch out for the lady that judges how you discipline your own children. The audacity of people these days is baffling. Moms are out here doing the best we can and the last thing we need is to be judged by another mother. I am the mother of a special needs child so my days look different than most and I’m just doing the best I can raising good kids on very little sleep. Will not be returning to this store.

  We cannot say enough about Seth the manager. He went over and above to help us. We had no knowledge of how to send back a large package. He was kind and very knowledgeable. Thanks.
