  Rude people and Worst customer service. They talk to customer like trash. They start passing rude ,disrespectful and threating comments just for small tape. Wondering how come they are still in business. I am taking my business to someplace nearby but not here again. This is new owner and all good old comments are for previous owner.

  The staff has no idea of what customer service and customer experience is. I had a package that needed some taping. The guy said they don't tape packages and I need to buy a tape myself to tape it. It was OK until that point. Then he started saying "if you go to a restaurant they don't give free food. So similarly they don't give free tape at their store". I was stunned to hear that. They tried to make me feel like a freeloader. If taping is an issue for them, they simply could have asked me to bring it back taped. It was totally unnecessary to embarrass a customer and make me feel like a freeloader. The new staff there is very unprofessional and gets very nosy, peaking at the products that a customer is returning to Amazon. I have had pleasant interactions with the staff at FedEx locations and even with the Monroeville UPS shipping location. The UPS location at Holiday Park Shopping Center on Golden Mile Hwy has very unprofessional and rude staff. I had 5 more packages to ship the following day. I decided not to give business to this store and took it to a different store.

  I am not a fan of establishments who cannot act like humans. Locking your door the second it turns 2:30 on a Saturday with half a dozen people approaching during the holiday season is rude, insensitive, and a bad business practice. Be human, provide customer service, and most importantly have a heart during the holidays. I wouldn’t recommend using this location.

  They sent me an email two days and one day prior stating that they would be delivering my package Saturday between 2pm-6pm. I rearrange my family’s schedule so that I make sure I am there between those times. I get there around 12:45 and they left a Note on my door that they had already been there. I was over an hour early for the time they said they were going to be there and they wouldn’t come back to deliver it between the time “UPS” said they would come. I called the number for customer service and they were completely useless in getting this resolved. They said for an additional fee they would leave it at one of their facilities for me to pick up if I wanted. They were going to charge “me” for “them” not coming when “they” said they would! The woman on the phone stated that they would be back the next business day by 9pm! So I have to take the entire day off just to wait for the package? Are you kidding me? I asked to speak to a manager. She put me on hold and then came back saying that a manager would call me by the end of the day. It is now almost 8:30 pm and no call. UPS is not worth the time to use as they cause a lot of frustration and their customer service is horrible. Don’t use UPS!
