Take your business elsewhere, especially if you need business banking services. PNC completely messed up our payment platform, which resulted in standard payments getting rejected. They took no responsibility for the fees, losses, and lost time we spent fixing the situation. They even refused to refund the $300 in late fees we were charged as a result of their mistakes. Found a much more supportive banking partner in Chase.

Really becoming a terrible bank. have been with them since it was RBC. have seen all benefits evaporate. service charges increasing. customer service sucks. every update including the latest is just getting worse and worse. will be switching backs soon to a customer service oriented local charter bank.

I had been with this bank for a loooooong time. they actually purchased the previous bank I was with and my account transferred and was with the previous bank before the other previous bank purchased them. For the last few year years with PNC I wasn't havening any issues. Until recently. I moved to a new state that PNC wasn't in. Thats fine, as I very rarely ever needed to go in physically. I figured I would be fine just sticking with them. Well I needed proof of address change with PNC at the DMV as my fourth item of proof. I was kinda on a deadline to get the proof. So I went to my online account, changed the address, then proceeded to contact support through the chat to request a physically mailed letter with my new address. They checked with me the new address, I agreed and they said they would have it shipped out.... somehow through the incompetence of that conversation, my letter was shipped to my OLD address and then forward to my new address through USPS. NOT a valid proof of residence change as it had my old address on it. I contact support again, I was frustrated and told the new person what happened and what I needed from him. And ONCE AGAIN!! I was let down as there was no letter sent to me as they said they would do. THEN, I contacted another person through chat telling them everything that happened. They apologized and sent me an email to send in my phone number through a secure link so a manager could call me. I get a call two days later and she was as incompetent as the first person I talked to in all this. She came up with an excuse of their mailing system(even though I was told it would get sent to my new address), then proceeded to tell me she would mail me a new letter with proof of address change... .guess what. NOTHING!!!!!! I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE NOTHING!!!! what kind of business is this becoming? this reflects leadership, I will be leaving to a new bank ASAP!! complete BS.
