  This branch specifically ALLOWED a random unauthorized person to have full access to my business account in the branch! They did not go through any security protocols and did not request ID to be shown. Furthermore, when I contacted them and do my own work to get the large amount of funds back I was told that this was not a big deal and that everything is “ok”. I then Proceeded to ask considering that PNC doesn’t follow security measures, anytime I write a check now with my account number public it makes me feel VERY unsafe in knowing that a random person can show up and have access to my business banking and remove MY funds into their pocket with no questions asked or to even call the ONLY approved signer on the account. I’m HIGHLY disappointed in these measures taken and even more disappointed in the discredit when voicing my concerns an the branch manager call me to stress that it was an inconvenience but that they came into the branch just to give me a call and I should be thankful that they did. I expected More when banking with such a large nationwide company to protect my businesses assets This occurred in bowling green, KY

  By far the worst phone maze and hold time for any bank. This place sucks. Don't bank here. Go to smaller banks that know how to handle customer service.

  My Rewards card expired in September. It took three attempts including two account closures to get a new card issued. In the midst of all this, PNC made changes to the app and website. Both are now broken. I've been banging my head against a brick wall for 2 months. Just since receiving my new car, I have called five times over the course of 3 weeks trying to resolve the boondoggle this has caused. Tonight I spoke with four different people and they finally just told me they can't fix the problem. Your browser-based website doesn't work, your app doesn't work, your credit cards don't work. Everything was going great for 30 years. Whatever you did in the past 30 days broke everything. Update11.12.25 I figured out a workaround. You can only link business to personal. According to the website and customer service, that is the only one that you cannot do. So the whole system is programmed backwards.

  I wish I seen all these complaints before I switched from WSFS to PNC and before they ALLOWED STARDUST CASINO TO. CHARGE $68,000 To my bank card and it's been 3 weeks and I've not only reviewed ZERO HELP! But IV been treated like complete trash since! And Monopoly pulled the same bs 2-3wesks prior for $14,000 but no where near the amount but yet still denied the disputes all because I DIDNT RESPOND TO A LETTER THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WAS BEING SENT CUZ I GOT ZERO HELP & HAD TO DO IT ALL MYSELF & THE LETTER WENT TO MY NJ ADDRESS & IM WORKING IN PENN! BUT INSTEAD OF THE PERSON HANDLING THE DISPUTES FOR $14,000 NOT $14 INSTEAD OF THEM PICKING UP THE PHONE AND CALLING ME THEY DECIDE "OH WELL NOT MY $14,000 THAT THIS CINTRACTOR BROKE HIS BACK FOR!" IM DENYING THE DISPUTES INSTEAD OF TAKING 5 OR 10 MINUTES TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALLING HIM! WEEKS LATER ROBBED FOR EVERYTHJNG IV WORKED MY FINGERS TO THE BONE FOR SINCE COVID ONLY TO HAVE A BUNCH OF BILLION DOLLAR SHADY GREEDY CROOKS ROB JUST ABOUT EVERY DOLLAR I HAVE!! IV GOTTEN ZERO HELP IN THREE WEEKS ABD THE Lady that contacts me by email sends me her number only to find out she's on vacation for the NEXT 17 DAYS!!!!! $68,000.00 CHARGED TO MY CARD IN A 12 HR PERIOD ABD $14,000 WEEKS PRIOR TOTALLING $82,000.00 AND THEY ASSIGN A LADY THATS GOING ON VACATION TILL NOV 17TH AND ITS THE 1ST TODAY AND ALREADY BEEN 3 WEEKS W ZERO HELP! ALL ACCOUNTS ABD CARD FROZEN INCLUDING THE NEW ACCOUNT ABD CARD THAT I DEPOSITED AN ADDITIONAL $15,535.00 INTO THAT I CANT USE NOW EITHER!!! HOW DOES A BANK ALLOW ANYONE CHARGE $68,000 AND NOT SHUT IT DOWN ONCE IT EXCEEDS THE DAILY LIMIT!!!???!!! AND TO BOOT THEN TREAT YOU LIKE COMPLETE TRASH! IM DISGUSTED, LIVID, FURIOUS AND WANT TO PUKE!!! WHICH I HAVE,!!! I WANT MY GD MONEY BACK!!!!?

  I had a problem I tried solving with 6 different people at pnc and no one listened or helped. I first tried with the chat online then the 800 number and when they weren’t helping I moved onto the executive number. The first question the executive number asked was how I got this number and it was close to closing time and he gave me the big Giant brush off said that’s a tough one . As a last resort I tried the local branch who said I would have to talk to one of the branch managers but they both left work early and she referred me to another branch who never answered their phone. Thirty years with this branch and nothing and never received help
