  Things are changing at PNC bank. Customer service (phone and chat) not only has long wait times, but rude staff who are dishonest. Currently PNC owes me $19 and an apology to me and another organization. I see from other reviews I'm not the only one with a refreshed opinion about how we feel about PNC bank. So much potential and likely future business much less likely to happen now, all because of poorly trained staff, a lie, and $19. Enjoy the $19 and the loss of a lot of business. You won't get a 2nd opportunity to do this to me.

  Why so many negative reviews with PNC lately? And what’s with the understaffing at all the branches in Northeast Pennsylvania? One teller to do both the drive-through and the counter, and there’s a line of people inside backed up to the door. Management is not doing their job!

  Extremely disappointing and unresolved experience with PNC Bank. An auto loan was originated and serviced despite clear disputes regarding authorization. Even after the vehicle was sold and the loan was paid in full, PNC continued reporting inaccurate negative credit information, including late payments and a voluntary surrender notation. PNC representatives requested to speak with the authorized Power of Attorney and then failed to respond to repeated emails and calls for months. Deadlines were ignored, forcing escalation to regulators. This has caused ongoing and unnecessary credit harm. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to correct clear errors.

  Do business with other banks" – PNC holds remote customers hostage If you rely on online banking or do not live near a physical branch, stay away from this bank. They are not equipped to handle remote customers and will trap your funds during emergencies. I attempted to wire money for a time-sensitive home closing. Because I have no local branch, I was 100% dependent on their phone support.

  I wish I seen all these complaints before I switched from WSFS to PNC and before they ALLOWED STARDUST CASINO TO. CHARGE $68,000 To my bank card and it's been 3 weeks and I've not only reviewed ZERO HELP! But IV been treated like complete trash since! And Monopoly pulled the same bs 2-3wesks prior for $14,000 but no where near the amount but yet still denied the disputes all because I DIDNT RESPOND TO A LETTER THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WAS BEING SENT CUZ I GOT ZERO HELP & HAD TO DO IT ALL MYSELF & THE LETTER WENT TO MY NJ ADDRESS & IM WORKING IN PENN! BUT INSTEAD OF THE PERSON HANDLING THE DISPUTES FOR $14,000 NOT $14 INSTEAD OF THEM PICKING UP THE PHONE AND CALLING ME THEY DECIDE "OH WELL NOT MY $14,000 THAT THIS CINTRACTOR BROKE HIS BACK FOR!" IM DENYING THE DISPUTES INSTEAD OF TAKING 5 OR 10 MINUTES TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALLING HIM! WEEKS LATER ROBBED FOR EVERYTHJNG IV WORKED MY FINGERS TO THE BONE FOR SINCE COVID ONLY TO HAVE A BUNCH OF BILLION DOLLAR SHADY GREEDY CROOKS ROB JUST ABOUT EVERY DOLLAR I HAVE!! IV GOTTEN ZERO HELP IN THREE WEEKS ABD THE Lady that contacts me by email sends me her number only to find out she's on vacation for the NEXT 17 DAYS!!!!! $68,000.00 CHARGED TO MY CARD IN A 12 HR PERIOD ABD $14,000 WEEKS PRIOR TOTALLING $82,000.00 AND THEY ASSIGN A LADY THATS GOING ON VACATION TILL NOV 17TH AND ITS THE 1ST TODAY AND ALREADY BEEN 3 WEEKS W ZERO HELP! ALL ACCOUNTS ABD CARD FROZEN INCLUDING THE NEW ACCOUNT ABD CARD THAT I DEPOSITED AN ADDITIONAL $15,535.00 INTO THAT I CANT USE NOW EITHER!!! HOW DOES A BANK ALLOW ANYONE CHARGE $68,000 AND NOT SHUT IT DOWN ONCE IT EXCEEDS THE DAILY LIMIT!!!???!!! AND TO BOOT THEN TREAT YOU LIKE COMPLETE TRASH! IM DISGUSTED, LIVID, FURIOUS AND WANT TO PUKE!!! WHICH I HAVE,!!! I WANT MY GD MONEY BACK!!!!?
