We waited at the tech desk for 20 minutes and no help. Then we moved to the register line which had 10 customers in line and no one would call a second cashier. Then we got to the cashier and they couldn’t help with our question. So he called for assistance to a peer, 3 times and no one ever came. So after and hour we told them to stuff the $250.00 purchase we were trying to make because clearly it was more important to rearrange the pens. The only reason I gave you one star is because I could take one away. Oh and we asked the manager for help and she didn’t even look up from her pens she was straightening.

Came here to pick up my custom wrapping paper, due to my two little ones being sleep in the car I kindly asked if someone could bring out the wrapping paper to me to the front. I was even willing to tip unfortunately I got left on hold for about 15 minutes and ended up going in anyway and having to wake my children up I understand this is a slight inconvenience, but I wish someone would have just told me no instead of having me wait for 15 minutes.
