I do a lot of printing there for the company I work for because the location’s proximity, but they have serious calibration issues on their printers CONSTANTLY. Each side of the page on double sided prints is almost a 1/4 inch off for 11x17 sheets. There was a month that I could not print business cards with coupons there because alignment issue in their business card printing. Their staff must have to do reprints on 1/3 of their prints. I feel sorry for their staff because of those printers.

We went in today to have a memorial poster done for funeral services taking place Wednesday/thursday, not realizing it may be too late to get it done. The team (Mackenzie and another woman- I wish I could remember your name!!) assured us that it’d be ready today, possibly tomorrow. The photo we ended up choosing was too dark and they were kind enough to call to have us take a look to see if we liked it before purchasing. We were able to get another poster done with a different image and printed same day (they were kind enough to stay down to the last minute of closing to make sure the poster could be printed and paid for). It came out wonderful and this is a team of life savers. Thank you all again so much!
