Working with Robert Half has truly been a remarkable experience for me, and a big part of that was thanks to my recruiter, Megan. She helped me land a role at a time when it felt nearly impossible to even get an interview. I did face some challenges with the client I was placed with—none of which were Robert Half’s fault, nor could they have been predicted. However, throughout it all, Megan was incredibly supportive. The recruiter who helped me get my job was nice enough and I liked the timesheet system on the app for weekly direct deposits but the job itself was the worst one I ever had (subpar benefits, no real opportunity for advancement, horrible management running the place straight into the ground, etc.). While that’s not necessarily his fault, it was still incredibly disappointing that really none of the good things I was told about the job actually existed in reality once I started there aside from the hourly rate. Additionally, I have a sneaking suspicion that this company sold my information because I used to only get a couple spam emails per week but within mere days of registering with Robert Half, I’ve since been receiving a couple DOZEN of them every week months later and some of them even managed to get past my spam filter and showed up in my inbox as valid emails which almost never used to happen beforehand. Very, very frustrating.

Inept is an understatement. At My inital interview with Aimee Saxon I was redirected to other positions I had little to no real interest in and immediately passed off to an assistant with Robert Half's other branches to again pursue general clerical positions with no real value. Complete waste of times for all involved. Then I was subjected to a resume critique where she basically discounted all my previous work history and reduced them to single line bullet points. Furthermore despite me calling in periodically to pursue leads...I NEVER heard back from her until months later she contacted me seemingly forgetting we had already met. Now today she is telling me to come in and Re-Register a mere 4 to 6 months after my initial interview. Seriously what is the point of a staffing agency like this or a Coordinator like her?

I got a phone call where a recruiter asked me to email him my resume and set up a video call for later next week. Set up the call and talked about career goals for maybe 10 minutes. Then they sent over a bunch of contracts for me to fill out and I have never heard back from them.
