  Their employee Lindsey is a disservice to job seekers and the company. Sherri participates in gatekeeping, this is not only against the law but it will eventually lead them to having a lawsuit for discrimination. From the first conversation she was ready to decline me and tell me I wasn’t a good fit for their services without even knowing any information about me (This is a temp agency how can someone not be a good fit when you aren’t even offering guaranteed work). She asked if I had professional references I said yes. We had a meeting on teams and due to issues on her organization’s end the meeting did not allow me to access it. It said I didn’t have permission. I use teams weekly with other organizations with no problem but she tried to act like it was a tech problem on my end. She lied and said she would reach out to me to reschedule and never did. I emailed her to follow-up and my email was ignored. I rescheduled a meeting with another location and the other lady didn’t even show up to the meeting. I do NOT recommend them. Please look elsewhere.

  The recruiter who helped me get my job was nice enough and I liked the timesheet system on the app for weekly direct deposits but the job itself was the worst one I ever had (subpar benefits, no real opportunity for advancement, horrible management running the place straight into the ground, etc.). While that’s not necessarily his fault, it was still incredibly disappointing that really none of the good things I was told about the job actually existed in reality once I started there aside from the hourly rate. Additionally, I have a sneaking suspicion that this company sold my information because I used to only get a couple spam emails per week but within mere days of registering with Robert Half, I’ve since been receiving a couple DOZEN of them every week months later and some of them even managed to get past my spam filter and showed up in my inbox as valid emails which almost never used to happen beforehand. Very, very frustrating.

  RH helped me find a VP -Executive Level position. We needed some assistance during a really busy time of year. Ashley L helped us out- she first focused on understanding the position, our culture, and what would make the perfect fit for us. She didn't waste anytime in sending us qualified applicants. Her communication was excellent and I feel that this piece is what usually can make a hire successful on both sides. She focused on the details until we found the ideal candidate. Thank you so much Ashley and RH!!!! We would use you again in the future.

  Inept is an understatement. At My inital interview with Aimee Saxon I was redirected to other positions I had little to no real interest in and immediately passed off to an assistant with Robert Half's other branches to again pursue general clerical positions with no real value. Complete waste of times for all involved. Then I was subjected to a resume critique where she basically discounted all my previous work history and reduced them to single line bullet points. Furthermore despite me calling in periodically to pursue leads...I NEVER heard back from her until months later she contacted me seemingly forgetting we had already met. Now today she is telling me to come in and Re-Register a mere 4 to 6 months after my initial interview. Seriously what is the point of a staffing agency like this or a Coordinator like her?

  I got a phone call where a recruiter asked me to email him my resume and set up a video call for later next week. Set up the call and talked about career goals for maybe 10 minutes. Then they sent over a bunch of contracts for me to fill out and I have never heard back from them. Tried emailing them on numerous occasions, never got a response.
