    We stopped by the lobby today and the front desk woman treated us in an unusually rude and unprofessional way. She stared at us the entire time, raised her tone for no reason, and kept questioning us even though we clearly explained we were waiting for a friend and leaving shortly. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This kind of attitude does not match the standards of a building like One PNC Plaza

    The initial loan and line of credit terms were great. But they could never get the loan payments applied to the correct account. So that caused them to raise our interest rate. Because we could NEVER get a person on the phone to understand the problem AND fix it. Eventually the loan paid off and the line of credit continued. They contacted us to close it. We agreed to a schedule to pay if off in full. You won't be surprised to hear they misapplied the payments, charged us fees, and then... taDA failed to close the line of credit. If you want good rates and a lot of stress coupled with horrible customer service I would highly recommend PNC.
