Was told there is a logistics problem at that facility and that my package cannot be delivered until it is resolved. So I asked if I could could pick it up from the facility (that's only 15min away from my house). I was told "not possible" and was hung up on.

He had a bad attitude about a simple mistake and made me feel very unwelcome. But there was another woman who was there who was so great! She was helpful and kind and helped me package my large item! I would give her 5 stars her great customer service.
