- CLCourtney LeavittJul 31, 20255.0Ask for Judy. She's seriously is the best. Had an issue with a duplicate tracking number and she was able to help. I had a package that tracking said it went to Vegas ( it didn't) it was supposed to go to New York ( it did) but the person that was supposed to receive it said they supposedly "didn't" get it. The tracking information the eBay app kept coming up Vegas. Until I talked to Judy. She was able to provide me with prof of delivery and I was then able to forward that to the buyer receiving the package, that supposedly "didn't". Once I was able to provide them with prof they then all of a sudden took away the "claim" and told me they had actually received it. I believe since there was a glitch in tracking since there was duplicate tracking numbers for different items and different people that this buyer try to take it upon themselves to get something for free. Judy helped me prevent that from happening. So thank you Judy.

Went in and felt like I should apologize because the guy made it clear I was a HUGE inconvenience to him. Didn't lift a finger. Simply said I would have to buy a box for $13. Never, EVER going back there. Pathetic.
- ABAndy BJan 21, 20211.0This location does not even know what they are capable of shipping, First I already have a prepaid FedEx shipping ticket, Ray told me I cannot ship a firearm through them, I asked to speak to a manager, Ray said Manager (Judy) was not available. I called FedEx dangerous goods at corporate, and was told they most definitely can ship a firearm. Called them back and got Ray again, now he says Judy manager does not let him ship firearms. So never did get to ship through that location. Went to Mcknight road and was no problem at all.
