I told the first and only employee visible when we came in, that I needed to make some copies and prints. She walked over and did a quick overview of how to use the machine, and walked away. Ten minutes later, one other customer had come in and was self sufficiently working while we were still struggling to get the machine to give us a code and work. About that time Ann appeared and asked if we needed help. She patiently walked us through using the machine and continued to check in to see if we were good. She smiled as she helped us and went above and beyond to ensure our tasks were all accomplished.

She explained what I should do and gave me the details on the paper that I needed. Today, I called and she answered. She reviewed my email order and said she would work it. Thirty minutes later, she called to tell me my order was complete. We need more stars like India in the service industry.
