Because my work schedule would have delayed delivery several additional days, I consulted them on picking up at their facility instead. They were polite, helpful, exercised great stewardship of my freight, and were willing to work with me to find an optimal solution. Because of that, I can set up my machine over the weekend and start making stuff. Great work!
