ALL of the workers at the PFPO do the absolute BEST they can, considering the very stressful circumstances they are currently enduring...For instance, as many people know, hiring employees during a pandemic is a nightmare. This applies for the postal service as well! They are greatly understaffed and are stretched thin between Pine Forge and Douglasville. As PF is a TINY COMMUNITY, Douglasville gets more attention, as it is quite LARGER and is ONLY A FIVE MINUTE DRIVE FROM PF. Seth, Candida, and every single PFPO worker are extremely knowledgeable about all of the prices, deliveries, packaging rules, etc... Plus, let's add in the fact that their internet connection is archaic and seldom works. This is NOT the fault of the workers! Most of their equipment is outdated so they are making lemonade out of many lemons. All things considered, the staff is ALWAYS WARM, WELCOMING and ACCOMMODATING to every single customer's needs. They are also very safe, as they mask up every single day for THE GOOD OF ALL PATRONS. Perhaps a little more KINDNESS, COMPASSION, PATIENCE and RESPECT would greatly improve all of the clientele's views of this worthy and capable establishment...

Unfortunately over the years that I've used this post office it is never done anything to improve itself. The employees I've always done the bare minimum to get by they are completely unhelpful with anything even giving you a piece of tape after they cut your box open. Postmaster doesn't take accountability for when they make mistakes they act like a politician between and come up other people to blame if they don't blame it on you even though you've been trying to resolve their mistake for 3 weeks. The postmaster is extremely rude she talks over you doesn't listen to you speak and belittles you by using their policies and acting like a robot. I'll be going to ups for now on like most people do in my town now word has gotten out about this post office the old woman that works there needs to retire the kids nice but he does absolutely nothing and the postmaster is a complete joke, the package was being missent for 3 weeks BY HER OFFICE! and she just now decides it's a good idea to relabel it. Most 8 year olds would have done that the 5th it came back Use ups they are 30 seconds away and they actually care, are friendly, will not treat you like a child

The staff was friendly and helpful. I occasionally drop off items for my business and they arrive on time, always.
