- MMMatthew MillerJan 9, 20251.0RUDE. Walk in for some assistance with a new PO BOX and was greeted by a cranky lady who was very confrontational and didnt really seem to want to work. I rented a PO Box online and followed all the instructions. Next step was to go to the USPS and present 2 forms of ID, then good to go. She proceeded to argue with me that she needs some hard copy of the contract printed and signed and I need to come back with it, while complaining that all the staff is overwhelmed and understaffed and how she needs help. Very rude.

But I come here very often for use for my business and other forms of mailing and process that you would find at any of the stores there’s parking on site there’s boxes outside and inside and there’s always somebody to attend to you in the area is nice and easy to work with. You’ll find out that like any Postal Service is not always the finest service but there’s usually not a line and just don’t go here during rush hours
