I had something to send, so I took the time to go to the post office location. I took care of my outgoing pkg and then mentioned the issue with accessing my pkgs...so a supervisor came and said to meet him there (I'm just a couple blocks away), and he fixed it!! Well, I was able to get my pkgs, and the lock needs to be replaced, but he's on top of it!!
