  This lady have been really rude to me. I came all the way from South Philadelphia , but she did this stuff for me. I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. There was a long line, and when I was called forward, she was rude and unhelpful. Instead of clearly explaining what I needed to do, she told me she couldn’t help and directed me to the caster AVE, without proper guidance. I had multiple return labels, and I was trying to understand the correct process, but she refused to assist and spoke in a disrespectful tone. She also appeared to treat other customers in a similar rude manner. Customer service should be professional and respectful, especially in a public service office. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated better. When I was trying to print my label and stay on the line again, she was giving me warning, she was just keep saying I’m gonna call to security to take you out.

  At this location, the Post Office opens and closes whenever they feel like it. The sign on the door says they open at 9:00 AM, but nobody actually opens the office until 11:00. They are supposed to close at 4:00 PM, yet they might shut the door right in your face as early as 3:00—simply because they feel like it. They’ll cut off the line and tell you they’re closed and cannot serve you. The service is terrible; I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I live nearby and have to come here constantly, but I have *never* actually received any service here.

  They supposed to open at 9:00 am but people waited until 9:20 am still not open and seems they are not going to open till all people left then they work less and easier.

  The woman behind the counter just glared at me and I was waiting patiently. 11:00 am on a Saturday, had no interest in asking if I needed any help or being helpful. I basically got yelled at that they “didn’t have tape” I didn’t even know how to react. She was angry looking and nobody says hello to you, very uncomfortable feeling and this happens often. I don’t understand how this woman could even be employed she had a smirk and just sat there and never raised an arm or finger, was rude to the person she dealt with before me as well. Was wearing a head wrap…I can’t go back to this post office again and it was a mess in addition.

  Not that the management are reading or caring about their customers or anything. I am still going to write how unprofessional many staffers are at this location. They put the 9am, but it opens at 9:19 instead lol 😂. No smiles nothing. This is The United States of America 🇺🇸. I’m praying 🙏🏽 my rent goes in because she took it and said she’ll tape it for me.
