I usually go here to send off packages or return packages, its always nice and professional everytime with light skin young lady , not surw if she is Latino or not but she is always nice and very professional never a bad time until today . I went to swnd off a return package and unfortunately the nuce young lady was not there just the other young lady who is brown skin, I am specifically naming the color of their skin because I dont know their names. Today she was not only on her phone but her additude was absolutely ridiculous. I let her know that I wanted to send a package and she told mw that I had to write my name and address on the package to say where it was coming from and also write on the package where it was going . It was a plastic package that was not suppose to be written on so I was completely confused because I have never had to do that before. She gave me this huge black market and told me to mive to the side while I fill it out so that she can serve other customers. I felt humiliated and completely direspected. I started to write on the package and realized how ridiculous that was and walked out, I stood outside for a few minutes and went back in and asked her why she couldnt put it on a label , because I had already showed her I had the return address but that was completely ignored the first time . She asked me if I wanted it to be sent priority or regularly sent , something she should have done in the first place but I guess she was to busy on the phone and humiliating me with her horribly bad additude in front of the other customers. I stayed calm and respectful and asked her how much was the priority and she said $10 or $11 , I said ok that will be fine , she took less than 5 minutes to do exactly what she was suppose to do in the first place and charged me almost $16 to do it , I asked her what happened to the 10 or 11 dollars she said that was the starting price , thats not what she said . I was pissed , I should have aske to speak to a manager or someone else but I figured it was no use if she felt that comfortable to do that open in front of other customers it must be ok with whoever is in charge. The nasty additude and the unprofessional way she was to me was ridiculous and should be addressed but reading these reviews I dont think it will. She got away with it today , she will not get another chance to do it treat me like that again.

Very Helpful And patients of a Saint. Some people go in hear and for some reason are mad at the employee's. It's not the Employee's fault people have to pay for postage(they think its free).

Despite being at a major intersection, this location is almost always closed for lunch.

This post office is closed during vital business hours everyday. An absolute joke. If you need to use the place during the 1-3pm window, forget about it. The main post office complaint line can’t help you either.
