We applied for our passports here. The 3 ladies on duty were friendly, funny and super helpful. Amazingly pleasant experience.

The slowest location and always with an attitude for no reason. I’m currently standing in line while three employees talk to each other. It’s an absolute chore to come here and waste of time on the simple package shipments.

I haven’t been to a post office for 20 yrs at least. My son is in college. Once a month for past two months I ship him a package. Last month I paid $41 to have it shipped overnight. He got it 4 days later. However, I did get a refund easily. Check came in the mail in less than a week. I waited in line for 25 min with two customers in front of me. I went again this morning at 10 and walked out. The line is to the door. They only have 2 people working the counter. Then I go back at 2 pm. Two lines that are long but I have no choice at this point. Forty min in line. They have two lines one is for passports. I didn’t know that and neither did the guy in front of me. We both wasted 20 min standing there. You would think they would have a SIGN well, they do. HOWEVER, there is a bunch of people blocking it. When you walk in all you see is people in line which is usually ten people or more deep, you CANNOT SEE THE SIGN. Get your crap together and fix the problem. There were two people who didn’t see it today I am sure there are more everyday. Does anyone in the building there have common sense that people are standing in front of it. 🤦‍♀️ Seriously common sense people. The employees are not very nice either. They can’t respond when you say thank you or have a nice day. It’s rude to be disrespectful in case you didn’t know that. While I am on my rant I get other people’s mail frequently and my mail don’t always come. I should start getting a paycheck for delivering it. How come mail from 10 min away in Philly takes over 10 days to get delivered? Just curious. How do you run a business with rude employees, packages not being delivered on time, mail being sent to wrong addresses frequently, and many days I don’t get my mail until after 6 pm sometimes I get it at 8 pm. Let me answer this for you. You don’t, that’s why you are going BANKRUPT how do you tank a business that’s been around 250 yrs? PLEASE PLACE THE SIGN IN A BETTER PLACE. IF YOU GO TO THIS POST OFFICE AND DON’T KNOW PASSPORTS ARE THE LEFT LINE THE RIGHT LINE IS FOR PACKAGES.

The WORST Post office in my life Drumond road. I have only one person my baby application and 3 weeks every Tuesday I was in line morning 10 am. There 3 person at the front desk 2 for passport application take care. I waited in a line of one front of me one person I was last she don't take me close line earlier. Then I went to next Tuesday same time I waited for 35 minutes. And same thing the black lady said she not take any more 10:45 morning but until have lot of time.Who manages this facility without accountability? I feel cheated no respect. We pay taxes for this mismanagement. There needs to be some type of oversight here!

I opened a p.o. box in September of 2025, a month before I moved. The day before settlement, I was still getting mail at my address. Spoke to Vincent, the so called supervisor and he assured me that he would look into the matter and call me the next day. Still waiting for a call. The front desk is a joke. I had an amazon package supposedly get lost, so I contacted amazon and then 6 days later it showed up. The box was crushed, dirty and 1 item was broken. Where is the accountability for the customers who go there. Never want to take passport photos. They are lazy, ignorant, and this is who the federal government hires and employs. Privatize the post office!!!!!!
