Wortham - your only employee in office - was kind, patient, and calm. I was amazed by his demeanor, and so grateful for the service he was providing all of us. 99% of the world would have had a meltdown working by themselves on that date and time. He was spectacular. Thank you so much!

She even noticed that the person I was shipping to had not given me the street name with the address and assisted me with making sure I had filled out the information on the package while obviously multitasking with other customers. She was absolutely phenomenal at her job. I've been to other places ,but this woman made my experience enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend this location.
- MMmiaJun 26, 20253.0employee refused my parcel bc i reused an amazon package. said USPS "can only ship in plain packaging." note: yes, i had removed all previous labels/barcodes prior to putting the USPS label on the parcel, as per the USPS website. didn't think it was worth arguing with someone so confidently wrong, so i left the post office and dropped it in a USPS outgoing bin 5 minutes later. mailman came, picked it up, and the package was delivered successfully just like every other parcel i ship in reused amazon packaging. do the employees at this usps know what they're talking about?
