I just went to mail something important that needed a postmark today, and the clerk (receipt says #14) was so nice and helpful. I was observing as I completed my documents how she interacted with everyone else and she was the same to all. Very pleasant, nice, and quick to work with.

The service here is abysmal. The bar of their standards for treating their customers with any form of respect is literally in hell. The employees are rude and like to yell at customers I guess. I asked my partner to pick up my package for me. I signed the slip and put their name on it as my registered agent and everything and the clerk needed to see further proof of our residence since our updated address isn’t on their ID. No problem, they said our lease would be fine so we walked all the way home and grabbed that and walked all the way back. Even provided a PECO bill and my expired out of state ID and a couple other pieces of mail I had from the Philadelphia government just in case they needed anything else. Wouldn’t accept any of it. I’m waiting outside as my partner is helping me with this and they ask me to come inside. So I go in and they explain they can’t accept anything we gave them... so I Ask what else they need from us so we can provide it to them and the clerk immediately starts yelling at me because I stated that it was a little ridiculous that we have to do all of this when both of our names are on the slip, we have mail with our names and address, our lease, etc. Umm excuse you?? this is how you treat people when they are asking you what else i can show to you so I can collect my mail?? I’m confused, why so hostile?? We finally were able to pull up our current lease since the paper copy we brought was expired and we were able to get my package. But it just felt absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary being met with so much hostility when I was just asking a simple question. Worse, I filed a complaint and was met with “well sorry you feel that way” pretty much. Did not even acknowledge the horrible behavior of their employee or apologize to me for it. This location sucks. Go to the post office on 4th street instead, the employees are way nicer.

Constantly marks items as delivered even though they aren't. I've had to open a case against them every 6 months for years. If I could prevent someone from using USPS to ever send me anything I would. UPS and FedEx at least hold themselves accountable. The only benefit to using USPS is that I can go in person and yell at them to find my packages, which usually results in me getting handed it in the office. Do better
