  The store is very close to my residence. I always take my Amazon returns to this store and they are always kind respectful and courteous. There are never any issues and everything is speedy and Amazon receives their returns in a timely manner. This is a very good place to go to return anything to Amazon. I'm really glad that this store is in my neighborhood. Everyone in the store is extremely kind and courteous and respectful. I highly recommend the location on Bustleton Avenue. This is a great place to go to.

  A man working at UPS showed one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever experienced. Completely unprofessional, rude for no reason, and clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. If you hate your job that much, find something else instead of treating people like garbage. Absolutely unacceptable service.”
