I picked up a few packages earlier in the week from this UPS store. The line was long! I almost didn’t want to wait, but I was already there. The store rep, Khi, was helping two customers send packages, and both had issues and/or were confused about the process. A few times, someone in line asked her questions about the wait. Though slightly exasperated (because a lot was going on and the line was getting longer), she kept her cool while helping the two customers and answering random questions from the people waiting in line. Another store rep also kept her cool while helping customers. Once I reached Khi, she quickly helped me with my package pickups. She was funny and polite. All in all it was worth the wait! Thanks Khi!

Parth went above and beyond with his assistance. He so patiently answered all of our questions and even picked up our boxes. Emerald was also very patient in helping ship the large number of boxes. I cannot recommend this store enough.

I cannot speak to their customer service for packing/shipping, etc but I went 2 days in a row in order to use the fingerprinting machine but was unable to use it either time. The customer service was unhelpful and in fact the manager was very rude on my second day saying that it wasn’t her “job to know how the machine worked, only that she needed to check my id to do the service.” As a manager and being in customer service for over 20 years myself, I was blown away by this response. They seemed perfectly fine to help packing & shipping customers, but going above & beyond to help customer s otherwise does not seem like their forte.

This is nothing against the staff. I consistently find them professional and helpful.
However, my experience with UPS as a shipper has been frustrating. I was charged $2.16 simply for a few inches of tape to seal my package, even though I had already packed most of it myself. I was charged couple of times.
That feels excessive for such a minor service. If my return label didn’t require me to use UPS, I would not choose them voluntarily in the future.
