  Tasha was so patient and helpful in completing my returns. I had a lot of items that required boxing, scanning and labels being printed which was very time consuming. Not once did she complain, or express frustration-- she offered additional help to make it as smooth as possible!

  I keep not getting packages, I no longer get messages or alerts despite packages saying they are delivered. It also used to be such a fast process. They’d get you in and out. Now they’re nice but customer satisfaction has gone down immensely.

  Some of the employees are rude and aggressive with customers. The one on 4th is much better.

  I go to this UPS store for shipping important documents. They’re always professional and respectful. Even when they’re busy. Recently we needed something notarized, and Tasha was a wonderful help to me and my husband.
