  I spoke with Amir to ship a computer. I paid for packaging, signature delivered, insurance... everything. He reassured me that even though the cost was way higher because it's a retailer, that the package would in fact be insured, properly packaged, require a signature for delivery. I checked the receipt when I got home and it said "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED" even though he told me repeatedly that it was high value, so a signature would be required. The package was in fact caved in and damaged upon arrival, the computer was also damaged, and it was delivered without any signature. I called and spoke with him on the phone after a 23 minute hold. He told me to just "call this number" and speak with them. He continued to interrupt me when I was trying to explain him the situation. He clearly had no desire to speak to me or help me out. This is extremely poor customer service. I now have to deal with the claim and got 0 help from the store that caused it due to improper packaging and communication.

  Jarret and the staff at this store as well as the staff at the 18th and Fairmount store are exceptional. They are professional, accommodating, and kind. Very grateful to have two outstanding stores in the neighborhood. Highly recommended!

  Great UPS store . Staff is knowledgeable and vey friendly . They are super helpful and they are a pleasure to be around. Lots of services offered and space to pack your items if you need to. Buy postage and return your Amazon items . It’s overall close to everything and lots of on street parking to get in and out. Be aware it gets super busy near closing. If you just need to scan your items and go it’s no problem. No line , no wait for that .

  I usually say that stores in Philadelphia are the worst versions of themselves but this UPS store is a stark exception. Every time I drop something off, everyone here is so kind and helpful. Even when clearly busy and understaffed, Jordan goes out of his way to help multiple people and is only kind and patient.
