  We were in a bind at a trade show and desperately needed last minute banners printed. RichArt Graphics came through with signage for us very quickly! Plus the quality was incredible. Complete lifesavers! 10/10 would recommend using them.

  I had an excellent experience with Rich Art Graphics and their customer service truly stood out! I purchased two items from them: a decal of my café name for the front door, and window decals showcasing our café offerings along with “No Smoking” and “No Pets” signage. For my first order, they sent me a proof, but at the time I didn’t fully understand how to interpret it and approved it. When I went to pick it up, I realized it was inverted and not what I had expected. I explained the situation to the team, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They remade the decal and only charged me the difference, which I really appreciated. For my second purchase, I needed help with the design. I sent them examples of what I was looking for, and they created proofs that were well-designed and exactly in line with what I had envisioned. The quality of the decals is excellent—when I installed them, the vinyl was durable and did not rip at all during installation. Overall, the customer service, design support, and product quality were all top-notch. I highly recommend Rich Art Graphics and will definitely be a returning customer.
