  We had the best service at this FedEx location. Shout-out to Shakwar for helping us with a last minute request - he was prompt, resourceful, and effective. 100% best FedEx location in PA.

  Incredible customer service!! Liam was extremely helpful and assisted me through my manic-last-minute-printing episode. Everyone else was extremely kind as well. 10/10 would come back again!

  I was returning sneakers in their box and had paid the company the return fee so all I had to do was drop the box at FedEx and show them the QR code to scan. The staff member wandered around looking for a clear bag for over 5 mins and then finally found a box and said that because they were out of bags large enough for the box, she had to use a shipping box and charge me for it. I don’t think this is correct but I paid and left.

  I’m writing this after a genuinely frustrating and disappointing experience at my local FedEx shipping store, which was especially shocking because I have shipped artwork from this location many times without issue. I came in prepared to ship artwork, with all shipping details ready. In the past, associates have always been able to pull up my FedEx account using my phone number. This time, the associate told me that wasn’t possible. I politely explained that this had been done every previous visit. She stepped away to speak with a manager, who then came over and showed her exactly how to access my account. At that point, I thought we were back on track. We entered all shipment information, including addresses and phone numbers. When it came time to pay, my card was declined because the AmEx on file had an outdated expiration date, even though the card number itself was the same. I immediately provided my updated card and asked that it be updated on the account so we could proceed. The associate told me she could not update the card and that I would need to do that myself. This was surprising, especially since I was standing there, able to verify my identity and provide the new card. She insisted it wasn’t possible. Needing to ship my artwork, I asked what the next step was. She told me she would have to re-enter the entire shipment without using my account. Although frustrated, I agreed. After everything was re-entered and I was ready to pay, she then informed me that because my account was no longer being used, the shipping price increased by over $30 compared to the quote she had already given me and that I had already agreed to. At that point, the situation made no sense. I declined to proceed, politely asked for my artwork back, and left to ship it elsewhere. This experience was inefficient, confusing, and costly in ways that felt completely avoidable. As someone who ships artwork and relies on consistency and professionalism, I left feeling let down and unwilling to return to this location.
