Complete ignorance, dismissal and 0 willingness to assist and do simply what's expected of usps. Messed up day every single time. If you have the option to choose another location, do so.

There were no pens available to address my package and when I went to the front desk, the lady was insanely rude and disrespectful. I watched her be rude to all the people in front of me as well. I don’t understand how you could be so miserable at this job. Judging by all the other 1 star reviews, this seems to be a chronic problem with this location. The USPS on Girard is MUCH better and has actually kind and helpful staff.
