This needs to stop. One star for one lady that was truly helpful once. Minus four stars because I guess I've met the angry lady mentioned before. Twice. Complete ignorance, dismissal and 0 willingness to assist and do simply what's expected of usps. Messed up day every single time. If you have the option to choose another location, do so.

Avoid this USPS at all costs. The front desk lady was extremely rude if I could give it zero stars I would. There were no pens available to address my package and when I went to the front desk, the lady was insanely rude and disrespectful. I watched her be rude to all the people in front of me as well. I don’t understand how you could be so miserable at this job. Judging by all the other 1 star reviews, this seems to be a chronic problem with this location. The USPS on Girard is MUCH better and has actually kind and helpful staff.

I know that my grievance is late, but it is worth noting. Customer Service at this location is horrible. Woman tells me that she is not going to open a new book of stamps to give me a few. I can buy some elsewhere

Woman at the desk was nasty. She rolled her eyes at me as I approached her and just kept coming with the attitude. No help at all. I left without shipping a thing.
