She said this location was for residential PO Boxes, had I never been here before. Very unprofessional, it seemed okay until. Customer service 1/10.

It was our first time at this location, and the employee was unfriendly and dismissive. But as we were leaving, we saw the same employee warmly talking and smiling at what seemed to be a regular customer. That kind of behavior is, to put it mildly, disappointing.
