Now I came to this department to send a parcel, the department works until 6 p.m., but at 5:54 p.m. everything was already closed and the employee refused to accept my parcel! It's terrible! I give one star for such an attitude to customers!

I like the service, it's friendly and very fast, but they don't keep service time, I mean they close without any signs, on Saturday, 14 I did come 15 minutes before lunch time and then after lunch and they were closed, no any signs, that is weird.

Get here at 1:56/1:57pm on a Saturday and it says lunch is from 2-3:30pm but it’s dark 👀 . Are you open or not?

Extremely frustrated with this location. I arrived today (Saturday) at 4:00 PM well within the posted operating hours—only to find the facility closed. This is not a one-time mistake; I have experienced them closing 20 minutes early on multiple occasions. It is unprofessional and inconvenient to drive here based on their schedule only to find they have decided to leave early. There seems to be no management or accountability here.

Good and friendly service WHEN it's actually open. However, lacks total common sense when they don't even bother putting up a note saying when they will open during a normal business day. (I am not referring to the lunch break either) They just do what they want, when they want without any consideration to the customers who have to travel elsewhere for the service.
