This is not a one-time mistake; I have experienced them closing 20 minutes early on multiple occasions. It is unprofessional and inconvenient to drive here based on their schedule only to find they have decided to leave early. There seems to be no management or accountability here.

However, lacks total common sense when they don't even bother putting up a note saying when they will open during a normal business day. (I am not referring to the lunch break either) They just do what they want, when they want without any consideration to the customers who have to travel elsewhere for the service.
