Three times I have been there during business hours and they are closed, without explanation. There was also the time they were "full' and wouldn't take my package after I waited in line for half an hour. And they are regularly out of stamps.

They definitely need to hire more staff and should have a strict training of the customer service.

This is the worst post office to go to. Employees are so rude, lazyyy and unprofessional. There were 3 clerks working inside the counter and they are telling people to use the kiosk if you have any returning labels or QR codes. What are you there for? Just to be Lazy and on their ear plugs. I just hate going there because of the lazy people who work there. Do better!

this location no one there wants to do their job there are kids running around in the back Playing with other people’s packages I go to the counter. The lady is not doing nothing and she tells me to use the. Self service to drop off my packages and when she said that she act like she had a attitude why do you guys want to go to work but don’t want to do your full job, but you want your full paycheck Everyone at that location is absolutely horrible. They do not want to do their work at all. You can simply read the reviews and see no one is lying everyone at that location. Do not want to do their job and why are your kids playing with other peoples packages?????????

This post office is a total embarrassment. The employees are doing absolutely NOTHING. Instead of working, they are laughing, chatting, dancing, and talking about complete nonsense while a line of 20 people is forced to stand there and listen to their garbage conversations. The main problem is a girl with multicolored dreadlocks and her colleague. They were the ones wasting time, joking around, and ignoring customers, while the line kept growing. Because of their incompetence, they turned away at least 5 people, claiming they “couldn’t help them.” If you can’t help customers, then why are you even employed here? These two clearly have no idea how to do their jobs and should be fired immediately. They are completely unprofessional and absolutely unfit to work with the public. I personally waited AN HOUR just to be told they couldn’t help me either and sent away. An hour wasted because of laziness and total incompetence. Everyone leaving this place was furious, irritated, and visibly angry. This is not customer service — it’s a joke. Management should be ashamed for allowing employees like this to represent the post office. DO NOT COME HERE unless you enjoy wasting your time and destroying your nerves. If you value your sanity, stay far away from this place.
