I have witnessed many occasions where they have been disrespected and threatened, treated like trash and still they show up and do their best. A few of you need to show some respect to the people who are helping you. They are not your servants and your taxes DO NOT contribute to their paychecks. Accept the fact that they have rules and regulations that they must follow and enforce, and you too must abide by them when necessary.

When they make a mistake, they refuse to take responsibility or even look into the issue. Instead of helping, they send you to other locations and waste your time. They act like your problem is not important to them at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
