- PCPhilly Cinephile3 days ago1.0Extremely rude staff. They had no shipping supplies stocked in the lobby, so I asked the woman at the counter for a form, and she screamed at me to get in line. So I had to wait in line to get a form, and then I had to get in line a second time to mail the item. When it was my turn in line, she ran in the back and hid. Eventually, another staff member helped me. I don't know what the logic is behind not having shipping supplies stocked in the lobby. The staff doesn't seem to realize that they are doubling their workload by not making the supplies available because by making customers wait in line twice, they are necessitating two contacts per customer. There are many other USPS locations in the city that there is no reason to visit this one.
