Kalina and Jessica at the 40th & Locust Post Office deserve all the love. I’m leaving this review because my 6-year-old daughter literally told me, “they’re really nice in there — and it smells good!” And she was right. They were warm, patient, and made the whole visit smooth and easy. You don’t get service like that everywhere. Huge shoutout to both of them for doing their job with heart.

Kind and helpful staff - it was pretty empty when I went (4:30 pm on a Monday), no line. The women I worked with was very friendly, answered all my questions with ease, and was even patient with me when I made a mistake on the touchscreen.
