When I asked a question about a confusing customs form, she told me she would not mail my package and I had to go to another location because she “didn’t want to deal with me.” My question was reasonable and I didn’t do anything that would warrant kicking someone out. Use any USPS location but this one.

One young lady told me I had to choose ground or priority for a letter. It was A birthday card. Maybe an inch or so Longer on each side, but completely flat. I questioned her why I could not send it first class and she just repeated You have to pick ground or priority. I then walked up to the self serve kiosk in that same post office And mailed the letter for $1.90. A couple of days later, I went in to get two custom forms, The same young lady told me if they’re not in the glass case then we don’t have them. No effort whatsoever to check and see if there were any available behind the counter. A completely worthless location for customers.
