She pass off complaints to others just so she doesn't have to deal with it. They have lost or stolen 3 of my 4 packages. Thomas was a God sent, he managed to locate 2 of my packages. The carrier just doesn't care where he delivers your mail or packages. My neighbor had my mail for 6 months before putting it in my mail box.
