As of late I haven't been receiving important mail. I also filed a complaint to which I was told it had been closed because it was resolved and it has not been resolved. Im currently waiting for a consumer advocate to reach out to me. This is really horrible and unacceptable as I am not receiving important mail. Which is bizarre because the junk mail makes it just fine.

Typically mail is delivered after 3:00 pm and in many instances, we don't get our mail until after 5:00 pm. Fees keep increasing, but the service is on a perpetual DECLINE!
