Well I'm glad to know it isn't just me! I have been having issues with mail delivery since 2019 when I moved to this area. As of late I haven't been receiving important mail. I also filed a complaint to which I was told it had been closed because it was resolved and it has not been resolved. Im currently waiting for a consumer advocate to reach out to me. This is really horrible and unacceptable as I am not receiving important mail. Which is bizarre because the junk mail makes it just fine.

The mail delivery in West Oak Lane, at least on my block is atrocious! Our mail is never delivered in a timely or consistent basis. Typically mail is delivered after 3:00 pm and in many instances, we don't get our mail until after 5:00 pm. Fees keep increasing, but the service is on a perpetual DECLINE!
