I've come in multiple times and he's always super kind and friendly and helpful. I really appreciate it as a frequent customer! But also, no matter who's on duty, I've never had a bad experience at this location. And the lines are always WAY shorter (and no mean hat lady like at the 1234 Market location, lol). Anyway! A+ to Preston and the team here.

I had to ask for help and I was instructed to go down the stairs through a set of glass doors. I did that and it led to a random floor with nothing on it. I tried to come back upstairs and I was locked out. Please add signage and make it abundantly clear where this USPS or take it off Google Maps.
