I had to ask for help and I was instructed to go down the stairs through a set of glass doors. I did that and it led to a random floor with nothing on it. I tried to come back upstairs and I was locked out. Please add signage and make it abundantly clear where this USPS or take it off Google Maps.

If they can’t give you a receipt that shows the tracking of your mail right then and there and advise you to look for an update via email, please don’t walk, but run to the next post office for service.
