The advice I can share to improve everyone's experience is about the location. On Google Maps, the address is 1500 John F Kennedy Blvd c31, Philadelphia, PA 19102, but in reality, the office is located in the subway. The best entrance to find it quickly is at the City Hall subway entrance on the corner of John F and 15th St. (Go down the stairs, take the first left, and then the first right). I hope this helps.

I've come in multiple times and he's always super kind and friendly and helpful. I really appreciate it as a frequent customer! But also, no matter who's on duty, I've never had a bad experience at this location. And the lines are always WAY shorter (and no mean hat lady like at the 1234 Market location, lol). Anyway! A+ to Preston and the team here.
