I would give this negative stars if I could. I tried to drop off a package at 4:37 since it closes at 5 and it was completely dark. Two separate times I’ve needed to scan a code to print my return slip, scanner was broken. Extremely rude staff who are always multitasking on personal things.

If your operating hours are until 5pm, you need to serve customers until 5pm. I rushed to get there after work and daycare pickup, carrying a toddler in tow, arriving at 4:52 and was told they’ve decided to stop serving customers for the day. There were 1-2 people inside finishing up so no line or anything. The bar for customer service is so low it’s on the floor and this location still finds ways to disappoint and inconvenience people.

Good luck. They open late, close early, and are out to lunch half the day. *shrug*

This USPS this indubitably the worst one ever. If you value your time and have important things to do, go elsewhere. If there’s no clerk available at the window, they make wait you wait for so long, they might as well close this location.
