Closed at 1pm on a normal Friday despite closing hours listed as 5pm. Nice.

This place gets a bad rap on here! The staff were super pleasant and helpful. Many of the people writing negative reviews are showing up close to closing time.

Some of the staff is usually fairly friendly here. That's never a big issue.
However, there's always just ONE person behind the counter, despite there typically being a line at the door. As a daily visitor, my average wait-time is 30 minutes, just to drop off a package with a QR code. They DO NOT staff this place, even during peak season... it's pretty crazy. I can't remember the last time I've seen more than one worker at a time.
It feels like there is a big issue on a weekly occurrence:
- Many times where the doors will be locked nearly an hour before their listed closing time.
- Sometimes it's the doors being locked an hour or so AFTER their listed opening time.
- They'll tell you they're "not accepting packages," which defeats their purpose.
- Their "systems" will be down very, very, frequently.
To Management: Please staff this place and support it like any other normal USPS office. Or simply close your doors and save the community the frustration.

I came in today to return a package and send another one to another state and they just said “they can’t take any more packages?”, I’m confused I thought this was a postal service, apparently they don’t want to do what they’re supposed to.
